| Conjured Melodies is a painting about the melody of love and beauty. It depicts a conjured melody of love that allows a bride to take flight. The fiddler carries you away with a feeling of love and spirit. At times, in my dreams, I see myself as that fiddler. Although I never learned to play the violin, I have always loved its music. Working on Conjured Melodies allowed me to become, in my art, the fiddler of my dreams—playing for the bride within my painting. Until the bride takes flight, I will continue to be her fiddler. |
